On 24 November 2022, the Secretariat of the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions published a digital version of a photography book, featuring the finalist entries of the Plastic Waste Partnership photography competition. The launch coincided with the 3rd meeting of the Plastic Waste Partnership, held from 23 to 25 November 2022, in Punta del Este, Uruguay.
