2013 Quarterly Reports

As part of the proposal from the Executive Secretary for the organization of the secretariat of the three conventions, further management controls and reporting functions were proposed under section 9 of that proposal.

The intent of posting these management oversight reports on the web is to increase the openness, transparency and accountability of secretariat operations.
Reports will generally be posted within one month of the end of the reporting period.

The secretariat would welcome comments and questions from parties on the information contained herein, as well as suggestions for additional materials the secretariat could provide to further increase transparency.
