Quarterly Reports

The reports linked to this page represent the first quarter of 2012. They include: a report on synergies, cost savings and efficiencies by the Executive Secretary; a quarterly budget report on income and expenditure per trust fund; and, a report on standard operating procedures. 

In addition, the secretariat is posting several additional quarterly reports, including reports on: human resources actions; travel; consultancies; legal instruments; and, hospitality.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to produce a report on every area for the first quarter.Specifically, the report on secretariat workplans (section 9.a. of the proposal) turned out to be more complex than initially envisioned and will be posted within the next few weeks.  The reports of secretariat time tracking (section 9.d or the proposal) required some additional software to compile the reports, and will not be available until the end of the second quarter 2012.

The reports of secretariat time tracking (section 9.d of the proposal) still require some additional software to compile the reports, and will not be available until the end of the third quarter 2012. In addition to travel undertaken by the secretariat, the secretariat also intends to post its travel plans in the future.
