The 63rd edition of the Rotterdam Convention PIC Circular is now available.
The PIC Circular is a key document in the implementation of the Rotterdam Convention, both for the operation of the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) procedure and as a mechanism for the exchange of information on hazardous chemicals. It is published in June and December in English, French and Spanish.
Everything is in place for the 15th meeting of the Basel Convention Open ended Working Group.
The fifteenth meeting of the Open-ended Working Group will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, from Tuesday, 23 June to Friday, 26 June 2026, with pre-meetings, including Bureau and regional meetings, taking place on Monday, 22 June 2026.
