The two-and-a-half-day training workshop, combined with an online training component, aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of government officials to effectively negotiate at various types of meetings across the three conventions. The training will also cover chairing basics.
The training is composed of two sequential components: the completion of the chairs’ online training course, followed by the two-and-a-half-day face-to-face workshop from the afternoon of Wednesday, 22 April to Friday, 24 April 2026.
The workshop will be preceded by a sub-regional workshop on Science to Action taking place on Tuesday 21 April and the morning of Wednesday, 22 April 2026, at the same venue.
