Report on assessment of needs of developing country Parties and Parties with economies in transition to implement the Stockholm Convention - 2020

Background
The Conference of the Parties of the Stockholm Convention at its ninth meeting in 2019 invited developing country Parties and Parties with economies in transition to provide information to the Secretariat: 
  1. On their needs in terms of technical assistance and technology transfer and the barriers and obstacles in that regard ( decision SC-9/14).
  2. On their funding needed to implement the Convention over the period 2022-2026 ( decision SC-9/15).
